Postage
The Collab Store ships via Australia Post with tracking. A standard postage and handling fee are included in the shipping cost shown in the check out cart. Purchases will ship within 2-3 days from the purchase date.
If a product is custom made, it will ship within 2-3 weeks from the purchase date. Please note shipping delays are occurring due to COVID restrictions.
Returns & Cancellations
Once an order has been received, customers have 7 days to report any damages for a refund or replacement of the faulty goods. The Collab Store does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods during transit.
For lost or stolen goods during postage please notify us within 7-14 days from when you receive shipping confirmation from us so we can lodge a claim with Australia Post.
The Collab Store does not accept return of goods for change of mind. All sale items are final and will not be accepted for returns or refund.
