Postage

The Collab Store ships via Australia Post with tracking. A standard postage and handling fee are included in the shipping cost shown in the check out cart. Purchases will ship within 3-5 days from the purchase date.

If a product is custom made, it will ship within 2-3 weeks from the purchase date. Please note shipping delays are occurring due to COVID restrictions / peak season traffic.

Returns & Cancellations

Once an order has been received, customers have 7 days to report any damages for a refund or replacement of the faulty goods. The Collab Store does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods during transit.

For lost or stolen goods during postage please notify us within 7-14 days from when you receive shipping confirmation from us so we can lodge a claim with Australia Post.

The Collab Store does not accept return of goods for change of mind. All sale items are final and will not be accepted for returns or refund.

For returns, customers must contact us within 7 days of receipt of purchased item and supply photo proof of claim. Our customer service staff will process and send an approval code for return to be eligible. Customers must wait for this return code prior to shipping item to be returned. Items to be returned must have all original tags and packaging must be untouched or unaltered and visible on the photo proof. For the item to be approved for return, it must not also have any sign of wear. Our returns and refunds policy are in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
